SunMan 2000 is a highly efficacious β-mannanase, produced from novel strains through submerged liquid fermentation technology. SunMan 2000 can degrade mannan, which is critical portion of non-starch polysaccarides (NSPs) and main anti-nutritional factor in cereal grains. SunMan 2000 can significantly improve the nutrients utilization by animals, and thus markedly promoting performance of animals.
