A blend enzyme composed of xylanase and β-glucanase for improving the nutrients utilization and growth performance of animals.
As a type of NSPs, large quantities of xylan are found in plant-based feed, and are hard to be digested by monogastric animals. Also, as a major anti-nutritional factor in plant-based feed, xylan can absorb the moisture of the gut and increase the viscosity of chyme, which will prevent the nutrients from being digested sufficiently. Besides, β-glucan is one of the compositions of cell walls in plants and can encapsulate the nutrients from being digested completely. Combining the advantages of xylanase and β-glucanase, Sunzyme GX can degrade the xylan and β-glucan into oligosaccharides, reduce the viscosity of chyme, and release the nutrients, thus improving the nutrients utilization and growth or production performance of monogastric animals.
