Compound Enzyme For Improving The Feed Efficiency To Reduce The Using Of Protein Ingredients
Sunzyme CP is a specific compound enzyme preparation designed according to commercial feed formula, animal’s digestive characteristics, and Sunhy databases, including SUNHY-Ingredients’ nutritional value database, SUNHY-NSPs anti-nutritional factor database, and SUNHY-Bionic digestion database. The product is a scientific combination of heat-stable mannanase and pectinase to efficiently hydrolyze non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) in the cell wall and to release the protein, carbohydrate, and other nutrients in the cells of plant feedstuffs, especially leguminous ingredients. Sunzyme CP is developed to improve the digestibility of dietary nutrients, promote the growth performance of poultry and swine, and thus reduce the cost of commercial feed. Sunzyme CP aims at providing a highly efficient enzymatic solution for the application of low protein diets, and ultimately alleviates the global shortage of protein sources.
The functions of β-Mannanase
β-mannanase can hydrolyze mannan containing β-1,4 glycosidic bonds to produce manno-oligosaccharide, eliminating the anti-nutritional effect of mannan. Its hydrolysate, manno-oligosaccharide, can also have positive effects on animal’s intestinal health. β-mannanase can:
1. Reduce the viscosity of the chyme;
2. Break the structure of cell wall of plant ingredients;
3. Improve the balance of intestinal microflora and increase the resistance to disease for animals.
Pectinase can hydrolyze non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) combining with hemi-cellulase and cellulase, thereby reducing the viscosity of the chyme, increasing the contact between chyme and digestive enzymes, and finally improving the digestion efficiency of dietary nutrients. The functions of pectinase are shown as below:
1. Break the structure of the cell wall of plant ingredients;
2. Release intracellular protein, lipid, and carbohydrate of plant ingredients;
3. Reduce the viscosity of the chyme;
4. Inhibit the proliferation of harmful intestinal bacteria;
5. Improve the intestinal morphology of animals.
